CUTMAN4HIRE SUPPLIES GENERAL ORDER & SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- All cutman4hiresupplies.com transactions are processed Shopify and or Pay Pal using secure server technology, ensuring the safety of personal and financial information.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All orders will be processed within 2 business days of order placement. (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- All shipping methods are in calculated in business days. (Example: Next Day Air will arrive the business day after it is shipped. Business days are considered to be Monday – Friday).
- Multiple items may be calculated based on weight of order and may require new shipping calculations.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal online, which are processed by Shopify.
- We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.
- Absolutely NO returns or refunds on DVD's, Only Exchange For same DVD if Damaged.

- Shipping offer applies to GROUND shipping and is limited to U.S. continental 48 states only.
- Priority shipping will be applied for expedited orders.
- Items that are heavy/oversized will have normal shipping charges applied.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or reject any orders based on stock on hand or other circumstances. This promotion is for a limited time and can be modified or terminated at any time without advance notice.
Customer is responsible for any Customs charges and delays.

Order will ship via USPS Priority International Shipping/ or USPS First Class International Mail.
Order will arrive in approximately 10-15 Business Days using Priority International Mail. Please be aware that order may be delayed by your country Customs department.
Additional Information: Be aware that if there is a Customs or Import fee, it is the responsibility of the Customer to pay fee. We ship using USPS International Mail (First Class or Priority).
For any international returns we do not refund shipping charges and return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
If your package arrives damaged and or missing items you must immediately present the item to local Post Office in original box it was shipped. The Post Office will verify the Damage and provide you with Form PS 3831, Receipt for Article(s) Damaged in Mails. Please contact us if any additional documentation is needed.
